Believe it or not this is an extension on the front of one of the first houses in Burnside. Imperium Constructions was contracted to restore it to its original condition. Knocking the front barstardised lean-too off and replicating the original front of the house to return it to its former glory. Feature render banding, stucco and fret work verandah are key elements to this restoration.

Imperium Constructions collaborated with GAAS to bring a shipping container commercial kitchen into Adelaide University for Burger Theory.
The project was completed and up and running in under 4 weeks. Full custom commercial grade stainless steel benchtops, range hoods and machinery were installed to make sure the functionality of the kitchen was paramount.
Commercial grade vinyl flooring, glazing and fire systems were all installed to meet Adelaide University’s requirements.
Imperium Constructions ensured all safety measures, SWIMS and JSAs were all documented accordingly and to the Australian standards.
