Luke Cooney
SITE SUPERVISOR / PROJECT MANAGER
Luke gained his initial 6 years of experience with a leading Adelaide custom home builder, working as a site supervisor and general builder before starting Imperium Constructions with James Cawthorne. He has Knowledge of all elements of the construction process and is skilled in all aspects of first and second fix carpentry including various general building techniques. Luke’s strength is his technical knowledge and ability to solve problems during the build. His attention to detail ensures a very high level of building finish.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate 1 and 4 in Carpentry and Joinery
- Certificate 4 in Residential General Building and Project Management

James Cawthorne
ESTIMATOR | PROJECT MANAGER
James has 15 years experience in commercial project management and estimation. The majority of commercial experience was gained in Queensland on projects ranging from high end architectural waterfront housing to surf club renovations and nursing homes. Since returning to his home town of Adelaide before starting Imperium Constructions with Luke Cooney, James has worked on a number of large residential extensions and commercial fit outs.
