An Imperium Design and Build extension in Parkside hitting our clients brief. From concept designs, to council approval right the way through to hand over. We delivered our clients ideas and dreams on time and on budget.
An Imperium Design and Construct new home. We developed concept sketches and plans reflecting our clients brief and budget. Once the concept was finalised Imperium took the plans through council, engineering and development approval ready for construction. The planing process took a total of 9 months and the build was completed in 10, on time and on budget!
A hills extension on a heritage cottage. “Elegant” was our clients key word when discussing their brief.

Our clients have an immersive experience as they fly through their extension showing off all their selections and finishes.
Orientated North with a skillion roof and highlight windows, this extension has been designed by Imperium to maximise the Northern sun filling the space with warmth and light.
Imperium Constructions were the preferred builder after this project was put out to tender. Imperium provided solutions, ideas and budget advice during the tender process which helped bring this project to fruition.
The original bungalow in Malvern was due for an update. Extensions and renovations to the master bedroom, ensuite, walk in robes, laundry, kitchen, dining and alfresco were completed with no stone unturned. Imperium Constructions included a 7m by 5m cellar underneath the new vergola alfresco.
