Luke’s experience as a carpenter and site supervisor under a leading Adelaide custom home builder helped provide the foundation for Imperium Constructions. Bringing priceless knowledge of all elements of the construction process, Luke is skilled in all aspects of first and second fix carpentry with his technical knowledge and problem-solving ability helping reduce delays, costs and stress for clients.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in commercial and residential project management and estimation, James brings unrivalled experience and knowledge to Imperium Constructions while meticulously tracking and documenting every project’s finances. Supporting client visions and building Imperium from the ground up has been James’ greatest passion over the last decade.

With boots on the ground, Jordan oversees each project to ensure our high standards of craftsmanship and quality are met. With full carpentry and joinery qualification and certificates, Jordan gained experience in general building and supervision while working on high end custom residential builds. His attention to detail, exceptional communication and management skills keep each project on track, on time and on budget.

Libbie is our Lead Designer. She thrives on all things creative and is continuously evolving in the design and construct process. Her experience is varied, from working previously with builders, designers, and architects to working in London over her 18 years as an Architectural Designer. Her ambition is to design meaningful and impactful spaces for her clients. She believes that good design isn’t about placing rooms in a predictable pattern but instead involves careful consideration of important factors such as site context, solar aspects, and the client’s brief. She loves the challenge of aligning design, function, budget, council approvability, and constructability. Libbie is there throughout the entire design process to guide and assist.

Rheydyn is our Project Coordinator and Designer, having graduated with her Bachelor of Architecture. She believes great design is led by movement, where spaces reflect daily routines while being complemented by form. With a background in estimating, she brings a practical understanding of budget to every project. Rheydyn also oversees project coordination and administration, ensuring communication, scheduling, and documentation run smoothly from concept to construction.

Josh is our qualified Carpenter and an integral part of our build team. Having come through his apprenticeship with us, he has developed strong skills across all aspects of construction and continues to build on his knowledge with every project. Josh works across all our building sites as a carpenter and general builder, bringing a hardworking attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for his trade.

With many years of experience working on high-end residential interior projects in London, Nadia has developed a strong appreciation for considered design, quality materials, and the finer details that bring a space together. Working closely with architects, designers, clients and contractors has given her a well-rounded understanding of the design and construction process, and the importance of clear communication and practical problem solving.

She believes great interiors should be more than just beautiful. They should be comfortable, functional and reflective of the people who live in them. She loves getting to know her clients and guiding them through the selections process bringing together finishes and materials that feel cohesive, personal and practical. She loves the collaborative side of design, from working closely with clients to helping solve problems with contractors and seeing a project come together.
