By breaking the process into three separate stages, you can make risk-free decisions that are right for you. No matter what stage you're at when designing and building with Imperium Constructions, you’re always in control of your design, inclusions and costs.
We want to hear about your vision, aspiration and ideas with an obligation-free chat over the phone. This helps us understand your lifestyle and design preferences and form a solid foundation for your project.
During this obligation-free meeting, we’ll discuss your needs in depth to develop a fixed price fee proposal that gives you total clarity and confidence around your project. Your entire project is costed and fixed priced with no surprises.
We’ll share our custom, bespoke concept based on the information we’ve gathered from you so far. As part of our distinct Three Stage approach to the design and build process, you can choose to proceed to the design stage or exit on your terms without having committed to a lump sum.
Review your design and narrow down your floor plan and design options. Our expert team can help you with this process as we work towards the final design. You’ll also be presented with a 3D visualisation of your home to see what your brand new home will look like.
With pricing resolved, you’re ready to sign our fixed price building contract outlining all costs (so there are no unexpected “surprises” along the way). Once the contract is signed, building usually commences within four weeks.
Once the design is approved and the contract signed, it’s time to start building your dream home. You’ll have a dedicated site supervisor as your constant contact to update you throughout the process.
